1) Amy and Jacquelyn recently developed a framework they refer to as ENERGY and published a manual of supports related to this framework. Why do they feel that this book is a new and needed contribution to supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals?

2) How do Jacquelyn and Amy believe looking through the lens of energy regulation may be different and a better lens, than concepts of regulation that are tied to neurotypical emotional concepts.?

3) Amy and Jacquelyn emphasize that individual differences must be understood and addressed in supporting neurodivergent individuals. Do you feel that the ENERGY framework would be helpful in supporting you or individuals you know, and maybe less so for others? In either case, what are the major take-aways for you from this discussion?
